"Xing", “Yi” and “Quan” mean form or shape, the mind or intent and fist respectively. It is one of the military martial art and a powerful style which is oldest, aggressive & explosive. This style creates an amazing bond with body & mind which helps the practitioner to visualize the opponent’s moves & stances. It is known for its efficiency & direct self defense moves. It is actually a bare handed fighting.
This style is designed with aggressive, sudden & shocking attacks and direct footwork. This form teaches one to move quickly and suddenly to the opponent so that one can break opponent’s structure. It has five key movements, known as The Five Elements/ Fists. Each of them has a specific internal action and different motives. Those are “Metal”, “Fire”, “Wood”, “Water” & “Earth”. All of them are known for their own type of moves.
There are also 12 animal forms & various weapon forms in this style. The training for this style mainly works for discipline, killer instinct, standing practice, the body movement and mind-game.
